Marilyn Dubé
Clinical nurse, owner, and co-founder
I have been a frontline nurse since 2013. For several years, I have dreamed of offering personalized nursing care that reflects my personal and professional values, but the current healthcare system did not allow me to fulfill this desire.
I made the decision to combine my experience, passion, and profession to create a private nursing clinic that is entirely based on my values. The well-being of people, gentleness, dedication, and respect will be at the heart of my priorities and those of my team. I look forward to taking care of you and your health at the NIOS Clinic.
Olivier Drouin-Tourville
Manager and co-founder
After several years in various fields such as construction, real estate, and entrepreneurship, I now wish to bring together my skills and focus my efforts on a project that truly matters to me. In recent years, I have had the privilege of working alongside Marilyn and witnessing the birth of her desire to improve and perfect nursing care by creating a private nursing clinic.
I therefore accepted without hesitation to support her in the development of her project and to be an integral part of the operations management for the NIOS Clinic. It is with pleasure that I will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the smooth running of the company’s operations.

For the past 9 incredible years, I have enthusiastically navigated the medical world as a medical secretary. Every day, I combine my passion for my profession with my administrative tasks, all with a smile that I hope brings a little light to both the patients and my colleagues.
For me, being a medical secretary is not just a role; it’s a true calling, and I dedicate myself to it with all my heart.
Émilie Chevalier
Clinical nurse
I graduated as a nurse in 2013 and obtained my bachelor’s degree in 2018. I worked evenings and nights in the emergency department of a hospital in Lanaudière for 7 years. I am a sociable, dynamic, and hardworking person. I enjoy working in a team and getting involved in my workplace. I care deeply about the clients and constantly strive to improve myself.
To take on new challenges, I decided to embark on an adventure by working with a private nursing placement agency in the Côte-Nord and Gaspé regions. This allowed me to gain new experiences and acquire new skills. After 3 years, it’s time for me to move closer to my family while still having a stimulating and enjoyable work environment. That’s why I am diving headfirst into the NIOS Clinic project. I look forward to taking care of you!
Nathalie Morin
Respiratory therapist
I am pleased to join the NIOS Clinic team, where I will bring my expertise as a respiratory therapist. I have over 30 years of work experience, including 27 years at the CHUM and 15 years as a CPR instructor. I have also participated in 3 research projects with the CHUM and spent 3 years working in cardiology simulation.
I am a caring, empathetic healthcare professional who is deeply committed to the well-being of patients. With many shared values with the NIOS Clinic, it is only natural that I will be present to provide care related to the prevention of cardiorespiratory diseases and the promotion of health.

Mikaël Bazinet

Clinical nurse
Graduating in 2020, I began my career as a nurse in the emergency department. After obtaining my bachelor’s degree as a clinical nurse, I decided to transition to the private sector. I first held the position of head nurse at a general medical care clinic, thus strengthening my experience in primary care.
I then honed my clinical skills by caring for patients with minor emergencies through collective orders.

I am thrilled to join the NIOS Clinic team, where I can put my expertise and commitment to work in a setting focused on the well-being of each patient.
